Our Treatment Programe

Weight-Loss phase

This is the first phase of the program towards a gradual weight loss. On top of the acupuncture treatment, one needs to follow a customized diet plan and an exercise regime to obtain maximized results.

The diet is detailed according to the client’s health condition and body needs, and contains all the sufficient nutrients for the individual’s normal daily functions. Foods that have high sugar level, high or bad carbohydrates and have high sodium content are to be avoided.

To enhance the treatment process, clients are advised to engage in a light exercise program at home.

Stabilization phase

The Stabilization phase kicks in when the client has reached the ideal or targeted weight level.

Acupuncture treatment is still required in this phase, but client is slowly reintroduced to his/her normal diet. The Massage Slimming process can be introduced at this stage to help ensure that while the client has reverted back to the original diet, the weight loss maintains.
