Menopause is a natural process of a woman’s life. It means the last day of the last period and your period will stop permanently and can no longer get pregnant.

It can happen anytime between ages 45 – 55. During the transition of menopause, the ovaries produce different levels of the sexual hormone called oestrogen and progesterone than usual which increase the risk for certain health problems.

2. Black Cohosh

  • 300g salmon fish
  • 300g salmon fish bone

  • 1 box tofu
  • 1 teaspoon rock sugar
